As families mourn
the loss of those who have died, they want to ensure that the personality of
the person being honored is reflected in end-of-life arrangements. While
funeral directors provide the invaluable service of preparing the body of the
decedent for disposition, having a person on staff who can speak about the life
of the person who has died is equally important.
Certified Celebrant
Training helps individuals learn more about connecting with families, speaking
with empathy, and gathering stories to create an individualized service that
accurately reflects the person being honored. We are offering 30 individuals
the opportunity to become a Certified Celebrant by taking part in the Certified
Celebrant Training, led by Glenda S. Stansbury, MA, CFSP, at Hard Rock
Hotel & Casino Atlantic City from Tuesday, September 16 through Thursday,
September 18, 2025.
Registration for this event includes three days of training,
meals, hotel accommodation, a complimentary parking pass and networking with
other funeral professionals.
Certified Celebrant Training registrations may not be
canceled after August 15, 2025. If the original registrant is unable to attend,
the registration may be transferred to another attendee.
