The Funeral Directors Convention and Expo, hosted annually by the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, is back.

Registration will be available online until Tuesday, September 1 at 5:00 p.m. Can’t commit early? On-site registration will be available.

Registration Options

All Access Pass: With this registration option, attendees can earn elective CEUs, network and shop with vendors on the Exhibit Hall floor (including a cocktail reception, lunch, coffee and refreshments) and socialize with other funeral professionals at a variety of gatherings. You will also receive perks such as a drink ticket for The Last Call, the final Convention gathering held Thursday night.

Single Day Pass*: This registration option gives you the flexibility to attend all Convention programming on the day of your choice. You can earn elective CEUs, walk the Exhibit Hall (Wednesday/Thursday only), network with funeral professionals and experience one or more of our featured events. Register in advance and choose your day upon arrival.

Exhibit Hall Only Pass: Back by popular demand, this registration option is for funeral directors and funeral home personnel who just want to explore the Exhibit Hall floor. Get access to the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday and Thursday and connect with old and new exhibitors showcasing their products, services and solutions.

* Convention programming is dependent on the day you choose to attend. Wednesday and Thursday are the only days available for this selection.

Join Us for the Convention Party

Convention Party: Add the Convention party ticket to your registration and join us on Wednesday, September 16 from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at The Balcony, featuring the smooth sounds of R&B classics while you enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with your colleagues.  

A 2.95 percent convenience fee will be added to all credit card purchases. All checks must be made out to New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association and mailed to P.O. Box L, Manasquan, NJ 08736-0642. Checks must be received within 10 business days of your registration, or your registration will be canceled.

2026 Cancellation Policy

If you register for the Convention and are unable to attend, you have from:

• Monday, May 4 through Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to cancel and receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Wednesday, September 2 through Thursday, September 17, 2026, to cancel and receive a 50 percent refund.
• Thursday, September 17 IS THE LAST DAY you can request a cancellation and receive a refund.

Special Pricing Details

Register by July 1 and automatically save 10 percent on your registration! The Convention Party ticket is not included in the discount.

The 10 percent discount will be honored for registrations during the discounted registration window, May 4 to July 1. Checks must be received within 10 business days of your registration, or your registration will be canceled.
